DLG has three offices that administer grant programs: The Office of Federal Grants under the direction of Lynn Travis Littrell; The Office of State Grants under the direction of Russell Salsman and the Office of Financial Management and Administration.

OFFICE OF FEDERAL GRANTS

Appalachian Regional Commission -- Pre-applications being accepted until February 1, 2013 for FY 2013

Community Development Block Grant -- Applications in all program areas will be accepted on the following dates:


CERF - April 2, 2011 - February 28, 2013

Community Projects - April 2, 2012 - September 4, 2012

Housing - April 2, 2012 - September 4, 2012

Economic Development - April 2, 2012 - February 28, 2013

Public Facilities - April 2, 2012 - September 4, 2012

Microenterprise - April 2, 2012 - September 4, 2012

Public Services - April 2, 2012 - February 28, 2013

Community Development Block Grant - American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (CDBG-R) - No new applications accepted at this time.

Delta Regional Authority -- Please contact your respective ADD's

Flood Control State Matching Grant Program -- Applications year round.

Land and Water Conservation Fund -- December 1, 2012 - April 30, 2013

Recreational Trails Program -- December 1, 2012 - March 30, 2013


OFFICE OF STATE GRANTS

Local Government Economic Development Fund (LGEDF) -- Applications accepted year-round.

Local Government Economic Assistance Fund (LGEAF) -– LGEAF entitlements are disbursed quarterly to all coal or mineral eligible counties and cities.

Budget Line-Items -- The General Assembly may specify line-item recipients in biennial budget.

Area Development Fund -- Area Development Districts accept applications year-round.

Renaissance on Main Program -- The current funding cycle is closed.

Cemetery Preservation Fund -- The current funding cycle is closed.

Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grants -- The current funding cycle is closed.
