Local Government Economic Assistance Fund (LGEAF) -– LGEAF entitlements are disbursed quarterly to all coal or mineral eligible counties and cities.
Budget Line-Items -- The General Assembly may specify line-item recipients in biennial budget.
Area Development Fund -- Area Development Districts accept applications year-round.
