DLG has two offices that administer grant programs: The Office of Federal Grants under the direction of Myralee Smith-Cowley and the Office of State Grants under the direction of Jennifer Chandler.
The Office of State Grants also administers all HB line-items special fund projects, Governor's line-item special projects, LGEDF coal severance program and the LGEAF coal and mineral entitlements.

Appalachian Regional Commission -- Pre-applications are now being accepted for Fiscal Year 2008 funding.
Community Development Block Grant -- Pre-submissions in all program areas will be accepted from May 1, 2008 to January 6, 2009. Full applications are accepted after approval of the pre-submission until the following dates:
