The Office of State Grants

The Office of State Grants is under the direction of Russ Salsman and administers the following grants:

The Coal Development Branch administers:

LGEDF coal severance grants and line-items
LGEAF coal and mineral entitlements.

The Special Programs Branch administers:

General House Bill (HB) Line-Items
Renaissance on Main grants
Cemetery Preservation Funds
Energy Efficiency and Community Block Grants
the Area Development Fund.

The Monitoring and Compliance staff:

provides direct services to recipients of grants awarded by the Office of State Grants
conducts Quarterly and Completion monitoring.
