Kentucky Local Issues Conference, Inc., accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express online only. Checks, accepted online and on-site, may be made payable to the Kentucky Local Issues Conference, Inc.
Please note: Debit cards (cards that allow immediate withdrawal of funds) and online payments directly from a bank account cannot be used to pay for the registration of fiscal court members, treasurers, and fee office personnel. Credit cards are the preferred method of payment online for those listed above. There are also off-line billing and payment methods.
